Credit Suisse has decided to reduce its dependence on branches in its traditional market and to insert millions of francs into digital services.
The bank is creating a new area for retail and commercial clientele, while the traditional banking operations are to become a unit managed separately. The area will mix digital solutions with personal advice, emphasizing personal contact. This new division will employ 500 people.
More details about this new unit will be revealed in the first six months of 2020.
